November's new cars have everything you need, whether you have a family or are looking for something a bit sportier.

Here's our top 3 new cars that you can buy and enjoy right now, or better still wait for a few years and with the help of MotorEasy run a great value used car at a fraction of the brand new price.

October New Car: Lexus LC

Available now at £89,144, the hybrid model is £91,019.

We love the look of the LC and Lexus have introduced a Limited edition model in an arresting  Naples Yellow paint job. The Limited Edition has advanced performance and handling features that are part of the LC Sport+ specification.

Agile, secure handling and superb responsiveness are delivered thanks to Lexus Dynamic Handling and Variable Gear Ratio Steering (VGRS) with four-wheel steering, which independently controls front and rear wheel steering angles, and a Torsen limited-slip differential.

Inside a driver’s head-up display, an Alcantara headlining, 13-speaker Mark Levinson Reference audio system and 10-way power adjustment for the front seats, which are wrapped in semi-aniline leather. Oh yes, and even more yellow. The black door panels feature warm yellow Alcantara inserts. The same yellow shade is also used for contrast stitching details on the white leather seats, instrument panel, steering wheel and centre console armrest. Yellow enough for you?

It will certainly be reliable as it is a Lexus, but nevertheless expensive to run. Parts and servicing are always going to cost a lot, but it is nothing that MotorEasy could not handle. There will never be lots around and eventually, it should become a collector's item. You will have to wait quite a while for that to happen. In the meantime wait for serious depreciation to kick in after five years, get MotorEasy cover and enjoy.

When Can I Get A Car Warranty?

October New Car: Dacia Duster

Available now and costs start at £9995.

Here is the new and very improved Dacia Duster. Completely restyled, not one body panel is carried over from the previous car. There are four trim levels across a ten version line-up. It might be motoring at its most basic, but what you have is a fashionable SUV shape and capability, but without the premium price tag.

The dashboard and interior have been totally revised for enhanced comfort and quality. The centre console accommodates a higher-positioned (+74 mm), driver-focused MediaNav multimedia touchscreen display for clear and easy access. Climate control is also now available.

The All-New Duster comes with Blind Spot Warning. This works by having four ultrasound sensors located on either side of the vehicle both front and rear, to detect any other vehicles, including motorcycles and trucks, coming from the rear or the side. A warning light flashes in the door mirror housing if any danger is detected and it's made even safer with a reinforced vehicle frame, new seat frames, curtain airbags and automatic headlight activation.

Quite a package. Once the warranty is expired, it is perfect for MotorEasy cover. They seem to be reliable and because most buyers are private, the cars are well looked after and usually sold with a lower than average mileage.

October New Car: Kia Optima

Kia Optima available now, saloon from £22,260 and the sportswagon £23,100.

Here is the proof that you don’t need a Ford Mondeo or Vauxhall Insignia when there are family vehicles as good as the latest Optima.

These benefit from Kia’s all-new 1.6-litre diesel engine. As well as refreshed exterior and interior design, the new Optima features Kia’s latest active safety and in-car connectivity technologies. These are available with Kia’s latest Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), creating an intelligently safe vehicle with active safety technologies to avoid or mitigate the effects of collisions.

They are available with Kia’s latest 7.0- or 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, with satellite navigation and Kia Connected Services powered by TomTom‘. The system offers Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to enable full smartphone integration. Android Auto is designed to work with Android phones running 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher; Apple CarPlay, for iPhone 5 or newer.

We have only scratched the high tech surface, but here is a range of cars which are reliable and should depreciate fast. You will get a great used car bargain.
